Had a great experience there. they let us change tables because of the moderate brise, a new table, no problem. the eating was exquisite, the extra cost worth, and the intention is beautiful. we will go back to
We attended the Audrey Wilkinson 4 course dégustation dinner. Several champers to start and then each course was special and plentiful with matching wine. The best part was the staff kept pouring the wine, it wasn't just a half a glass like most dégustation dinners and there was no hard sell to purchase. The winemaker told some stories and jokes which made it fun and interesting. The venue is tranquil with a view of Brooklyn and there is lots of parking. We're looking forward to the next dégustation dinner.
I really love the Estuary Restaurant as it sits on my favourite Hawkesbury River. The food is excellent at both the formal dining restaurant and the kiosk. The restaurant from time to time used local produce subject to availability. The kitchen produces some spectacular meals that are reasonably priced for restaurant food. The wine list is good. However given its proximity within the Sydney metropolitan area you will either need a designated driver or deep pockets for a cab ride.
We only used the cafe and the outside chairs. The views alone are worth the price. Coffee is not much more than McDonalds but better. The cakes and savouries looked delicious. This only requires a 5 minute detour off the M1. Recommended highly.
