Mt Noodles - Brooklyn Park

I only discovered this place a week ago and I've been back twice since then! I had #12, #20 and #25 and all were excellent! I look forward to trying everything on the menu at some point. I have been eating on average pho weekly (if Pho 79 was a year old) since 1980, so I can think about the good. That's the best photo I've had since Pho Quan a few years ago. Amazing broth!

The food here is the best authentic Vietnamese in the Twin Cities. Much more than Pho... her pork and broken rice dishes are moist and tasty, and they are the only place I saw serving Ban Xeo!

Bun Nem Nuong and Bo La Lop is the best on the map and she is probably the only one in the city that serves these dishes... I can't stop rolling one by one, even if I was full

This place is amazing! We had the cattle slaughters and chicken wings. Both were super good!!!! Service was also great!

This probably one of my most favorites restaurants around the area. Im not well acquainted with Vietnamese food but I know flavor for sure. This place has it! I always get the Bah Me sandwich or when I bring the whole family I recommend Beef and potatoes, Pho, Spicy Chicken and the Fried Rice. You should try it, you will not be disappointed!
