Starbucks - Brooklyn Park

Tonight, I stopped by the Hy-Vee location on Zane in Brooklyn Park around 7:35 PM (they close at 8) to grab a mocha. Unfortunately, one of their machines was down — that happens, and it's nobody's fault. However, the other machine was cleaned, which seemed premature if they were planning to close soon. It feels like they’re pushing patrons out earlier than their operating hours. I’m really tired of experiencing poor service and hearing repeated apologies for what they can’t provide. Honestly, I feel like I’m just venting at this point.

Are currently sitting in the line waiting for over 25 minutes to come to the window. cars sitting on the window waiting for drinks they ordered 15 min. makes sense.

That died from hyvee that eliminates the lightness of bringing donuts to work. the drive thru is very comfortable, fast and friendly. only knock them out strawberry acai with limonade that they do not have recently (knock on wood.) food: 4/5

The worst dieucks I've ever had, in the past, I gave the wrong rinse and had actually one of the workers argue with me about it. I came back this morning and I get this full of I barely have half a cup of coffee. time and money. skip this place.

This store truly coasts on the pandemic related excuses. At first it was acceptable. Now it's just weird. There's zero semblance of normalcy at this location and it starts with the manager.Service: 1/5
