Chipotle Mexican Grill - Brooklyn

That's the worst chipotle I've ever had. the personal is rude, lazy and arsemonious command. not to mention the food preparation area is often covered with food scrap and a total chaos. I even caught them a few times to add my bill I never ordered. do not even think about the online order because it is always wrong or missing items. I had only one job that had no objects, and the queen was barely cooked. (the cheese was not even melted in sharing) they also do not expect to answer the phone.

Order the food online with drinks. When I arrived, her drink machine was broken. the cashier told me they had only limonade. So I did well because I ordered it first. with my painful ankle I went back to find no ice and no limonade. ah. I had to go back to the cashier and she gave us a bottle of Mexican Coca-Cola. beyond that when I came to my truck, my food was cold. my steak tacos had pieces of freak chicken. Overall, I will not go back there and I call this because that was almost $40 for terrible food and lack of information about the availability of food online.

Great staff. very nice and my child fell in love with chipotle. the whole “make your own taco” child meal is brilliant. fast and friendly

If I could give 0 stars and report this place to the bbb, I would have been for food. they do not come to this place the trick they do is to them very lil reis and huh and load them when they get crazy after more smh fcking. if they want to be demolished, they come here, and these local workers do not wear hair nets that I would report to the health department, no other location pulled this bs.

Walked in to get food. Was told we only take online orders . Five ppl standing around talking. Guy in the back dancing. Place looked like a bomb hit it. Food all over, trash on the floor. Never trying that spot again.
