Dunkin' - Brooklyn

The service at this restaurant is awful. A staff member named Gel closes the restaurant early, even though it is supposed to stay open until 8 p.m. according to Google Maps.

I had to send back my order at the restaurant for some reason - they accidentally made my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a croissant instead of a bagel.

I absolutely love this restaurant, it has a wide range of food options and even has a Baskin Robbins! Every time I visit, the store is always clean and well-organized. The customer service is top-notch, they always listen carefully to your order and make sure it's just right. I only wish they would make the restaurant kosher so I could try everything on the menu. I have never been disappointed with any aspect of this restaurant and highly recommend paying them a visit if you're in the area. My only suggestion would be to make it kosher and extend their hours past 8pm.

Update: This location keeps getting worse for the weary, unfortunately. Although it's in a high-traffic location. It really needs an upgrade and consistent staffing (I feel like I'm teaching the servers the orders, each time I go). They really need tofix their door and whatever is going on, along the side of the entrance. They are also, always in need of a good mopping. I'vehad pretty good experiences with my orders here. Though, I will say there is typically a longer wait here than I've had at otherDnDs. And unfortunately the staff here is not well trained. There customer service is lack-luster. Today, however, I can say, Ihad one of the best cups of decaf (extra cream, no flavor, no sugar) I've had in a while. Decaf is usually burnt. This was apleasant experience! However, as you can see from the pictures, this location needs some TLC. Note: There is still no seatingavailable. I will also say, safe did wear their masks! ????

Delivery missing 2 drinks I paid for. I called driver said not his problem on another delivery called dunkin dozen times they don't answer phone. Disgusted ripoff
