I ordered 50 munchkins, but the employee mistakenly charged me for two boxes of 25, which cost $10 each, totaling $20 instead of the correct price of $15 for a single box of 50. I'm not sure if they don't have larger boxes available, but it makes no sense to charge a customer more when they clearly requested 50. Instead of resolving the issue on the spot, they suggested I come back next time and ask for 50. It's truly unbelievable. They've just lost a loyal customer.
My order was incorrect, and while they did fix it, the process was quite frustrating and felt like pulling teeth.
I had the worst customer service experience here. They didn’t have any ice cream available, and the staff wasn’t attentive to what I was saying; they just made their own product instead. I will definitely not be returning to this location. To make matters worse, there are no restrooms for customers, and they even charge extra for that.
We got there before closing (5-10 minutes before) and they already locked the doors and wouldn't let us in. Not the first time. Walked all the way there with a knee injury too. Just wanted donuts and coffee man.
Every time I come here there?s something is wrong with my order. This time around I had paper inside my sandwich which I didn?t realize until I had already taken a bite. There is something very strange about the employees here and I can?t understand whywork somewhere that you?ll just be nasty and malicious to people. Psychological tests need to start being a must in the hiringprocess for these types of establishments.
