Feedback gevenToday, I visited the restaurant and the cashier informed me that the card machine was not working. However, when I checked my account, I noticed that the payment had actually been approved and I was charged twice for my order. I will not be returning to this establishment as this level of service is unacceptable.
Wow , the worse customer service imaginable. People invest in your business every time they choose to purchase an item. The staff is miserable, try calling about an order they messed up . They will take no accountability and hang up on you. Rude for no reason at all, get it together.
I ordered a saltfish and ackee meal from this restaurant on Uber Eats this morning. While eating, I discovered a hair in my food which made me lose my appetite. I called Irie's restaurant and the person I spoke to said that all workers are required to cover their hair and advised me to request a refund on Uber Eats. I explained that my hair was also covered and the hair in my food did not match my hair texture. The person apologized and said they would investigate the issue.
They guy was super nice hooked me up with split pea soup while I waited for my food. I ordered jerk chicken came with rice beans and salad. I also ordered a healthy fresh squeezed vegetable juice. Ill be back to try the curry. It was all very flavorful and happy to have healthy options. He also have vegan options. Definitely will be happy to get soup on days i just want to feel the comfort of a hug. Respect! I'll be back! One love!
I ordered shrimp roti but what I got was shrimp pot pie! It was soupy and the shrimp even had the shell on the ends of some of them!
