We were a group of nine, and we definitely got our money's worth. The drinks were fantastic, the hookah was enjoyable, and the DJ was excellent.
The food was disappointing and lacked seasoning. While my waitress was decent, the overall service was not great. I wasn’t happy with my seating; I was placed at the very back, where I couldn’t see the skyline. The mimosas tasted watered down. I have no intention of returning to this restaurant and wouldn’t even recommend it to anyone. The experience was just not enjoyable. I had an automatic gratuity charge of $56 on my bill, even though I only saw my waitress four times—what a rip-off! I spent $360 for three people, and it was definitely not worth it. I suggest finding another place to dine.
To make matters worse, a female security guard made a comment to her colleague, suggesting they translate for us because "clearly, they don’t understand English." This stereotype was deeply offensive, and there’s clearly a need for better training and accountability in your staff. We’re considering bringing this matter to the attention of the media, on social media platforms, and even local consumer protection agencies regarding how customers are treated here. Additionally, the woman claiming to be the manager’s sister was extremely rude and aggressively chased us away without honoring our request to speak to a manager. She shouted loudly that security was just doing their job and we were wasting her brother’s time. When we asked for names, they refused to provide them, stating management instructed them not to share that information. As business owners ourselves, we prioritize excellent customer service. A positive customer experience is essential for gaining new clientele and retaining repeat customers. We were recommended this place by one of the employees, but after this encounter, we will not be returning. An investigation into this incident is necessary, as I am sure I am not the only one who has faced such treatment here.
Probably one of the worst places I've ever been. We made a reservation before the arrival as soon as we came to the place where we were told that we should not sit if we don't order a bottle service and we were about to spend more than their bottles, but not on a bottle There were women trying to get a fight with me In fact, I never paid $18 for Jameson and Ginger Ale in a plastic cup In the elevator, people were so racist Meantime DO NOT GO HERE if you try to have great time and not humiliated and avoid racist comments to you.
The service, the music, the food, and the aesthetic are 5/5 minus nothing! I enjoyed that the space is big enough to dance and not worry about bumping into other groups of people. The music was filled with reggae, hip hop, and popular mainstream songs so it's easy to groove along to if you enjoy those genres.I ordered the Brooklyn Sushi, regular fries, and popcorn chicken. The sushi was relatively big, saucy, flavorful, and filling with various toppings. I did not need to pair it with soy sauce. The fries were ok, very thin and hard. Though some people prefer their fries as such. The amount received was enough to share with 2-3 people. The popcorn chicken was decadent! Very crispy yet tender and I also did not have to pair it with any sauce because the taste was spectacular.I would come here again to celebrate an event or to just lounge with my significant other and jam to good music and eat great food.
