Memphis Seoul - Brooklyn

DELICIOUS! DELICIOUS! DELICIOUS! Memphis Seoul?s chicken tenders are absolutely scrumptious. The tater tots were a little soggy, but it may because I ordered delivery. Thank you Memphis Seoul for such delicious tenders!

Mediocre at best. Staff was really nice. Chicken was fine, but nothing special especially at price point. Nothing tasted particularly Korean. Kimchi should lend itself pretty well to a coleslaw given the ingredients, but it didn?t in this case. Just tasted like an average coleslaw. Tater tots with the kimcheeze was also flavorless.

Food was so good! The fusion of the two cuisines is amazing. I don't normally like spicy, but the flavor and heat was perfect.

I really wanted to like this spot, but I was disappointed. The sides were better than the main dish, but still mediocre. My pulled pork was basically cold. My partner?s meatloaf was better than the pork, but it wasn?t the best either. The staff was friendly though, and that was an upside to the experience.

We were on Roosevelt Island for the 4th of July and had the opportunity to try Memphis Seoul as they were set up along with the food trucks. My husband said their Bao Buns were the best he has ever had and he tries his fair share of them whenever we travel. We also got the fully loaded Tiger tots which were delicious.
