The worst Japanese restaurant I have ever ordered from. I ordered soba noodles and specifically asked for no tofu and they still gave me tofu. And the worst part is the 15 dollar soba wasn’t even soba and it looked like ramen and had the white color. I need it to be gluten free and the first time the receptionist heard my question and just left me hanging for 5 minutes and didn’t even say sorry and just hang up! So rude!!!!! And I called again and she said she had a lot of customers right now so she can’t answer a simple question of whether this is gluten free or not. I don’t believe a single word she said. It’s not Nobu please you don’t have a lot of customers and just because I ordered online doesn’t mean i deserve to be treated like this. Extremely rude attitude and extremely unprofessional. Food is mediocre to say the best. Will never order again.
The best sushi in Williamsburg! They are quick, clean, and still take phone orders for pick up so you don't have to worry about price gouging on food delivery apps. Mizu is always the go-to choice for sushi.
I usually do not write negative reviews, but I had to make an exception for this restaurant. When we arrived, they completely ignored us and did not acknowledge our presence. We tried to ask if we could seat ourselves, but they continued to ignore us. Eventually, we decided to leave because they clearly did not care about providing us with any service. I would rate their service 1 out of 5.
The sashimi at this restaurant is always fresh and never slimy or fishy. I also love their small salad and miso soup. The rolls are perfectly made, with the rice holding together well. My favorite dish is the salmon bento box. This is definitely my favorite sushi restaurant in the neighborhood.
