Starbucks - Brooklyn

This restaurant is located inside the Sheraton hotel but has its own separate entrance. They offer all their signature drinks and have "You Are Here" mugs available in both regular and small sizes. The staff is friendly, and the service is prompt. P.S. I don’t understand the one-star ratings; what’s going on there?

Alex is an outstanding employee! His customer service is top-notch. I visit Starbucks just to be greeted by his smiling face, which always brightens my day. He knows my preferences perfectly, which makes me want to return to this particular Starbucks every time! Keep up the fantastic work—you definitely deserve a raise!

I can only say positive things about this Starbucks! Since I work nearby, I visit this location often, and I’ve never had a negative experience. The service is quick and efficient, and the drinks are consistently delicious. The staff is not only friendly but also knowledgeable. A special shout-out to my favorite barista, Alex, who always greets me with a smile, brightens my day, and has been working diligently throughout this pandemic!

I recently moved to Brooklyn from California. I've been to 4 different Starbucks and at all 4 them, I received terrible customer service. I was going to give up, all I wanted was a green tea matcha with no water. I finally went to this location. I can honestly say that the customer experience is amazing! I'd give it 10 stars if I could. The place is clean, well kept has a delightful and welcoming staff. The best part is that they haven't messed up my beverage yet! After 3 days of visits, they know my usual drink and my name. 10/10 highly recommended.

This is my favorite Starbucks in downtown Brooklyn. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming, remembering my order every time and never fail to greet you with a smile. Great music always. They make it a comfortable and inviting place to sit and enjoy your coffee. I highly recommend!
