Pdq Jacksonville (old St Augustine Rd)

The drive thru line was about 8 cars deep, but it moved along fairly quickly. I had never visited a PDQ before but I wanted to give it a shot and I was not let down. The spicy tenders are fantastic and the peanut butter shake is one of the best shakesI've had anywhere. The fries are good quality and nice and crispy, but I wish they had more salt. The staff was both friendlyand efficient.

Our food was amazing! The sandwiches were perfect. The right amount of sauce and the chicken is crunchy yet juicy. The fries are the best. So crunchy. The staff was super nice. I didn?t feel like I was at a fast food restaurant, they brought our food to ourtable and checked on us during our meal. Definitely recommend over any other chicken restaurant

Excellent place to visit. I had the Buffy Blue which was recommended by the staff and it was cooked great and packed with flavor. My wife had the chicken tenders and really enjoyed them as well. The waffle fries were excellent for waffle fries, niceand crispy. The Operating Director met us at our table to check on us and asked what we thought and mentioned the shakes so wehad to try them as well. Absolutely delicious! The place was super clean and the staff was very friendly. I am so glad to seesomething new in the area with a little more options. We will definitely be coming back. This was my second time going there so I was exited.The fries were saltier than the first time I was like whatever because I still have hope for the sandwich. It was good until I bite a pickle and was confused because I asked for no pickles because Ihate pickles and honestly I don?t think I will be back.????

Went to my Favorite PDQ today and the service was amazing! The young lady in the drive thru, I believe her name was Lindsey was so sweet and helpful. I asked to speak to the manager to let him know what a great experience I had and he was so nice andappreciative. He took time to thank me for the compliment. Usually managers are to busy to speak with customers but he trulycares that his customers are very satisfied. And not mention the food was hot and delicious as always! Thank you PDQ!!
