Pizza Hut - Brookridge

Pizza was great as always and wings were very good as well

Items were forgotten to be made. Failed to provide marinara to go along with my cheese sticks when asked I was told they cost extra and weren’t included in the deals. I would love to know if that’s truly pizza huts policy or an employee being lazy. If I hadn’t had good experiences in the past here I would never got back after this time!

Ordered a pan pizza and when we arrived was informed they had no pan pizza dough. I did not realize that they don’t make their own pizza dough. Same price for a regular pizza…dry, not much sauce, we couldn’t even eat it. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. I look forward to eating this pizza but never again!

For a chain, their pizza is not bad. I still prefer it over dominos and other national chains. It is more expensive than the others. But I still prefer it. I do miss the restaurants and the pizza bars that they used to have.

No dine in is available. It is basically a pickup and take with you store front. Service was very good, ordering online was a little bit slow.
