Subway - Brookridge

Utilized their curb service. The Subway teammate walked out to my car in a timely manner. But her interaction wasn't pleasant. Didn't say hello, just roughly said WHAT'S THE NAME? Then she checked the name on the receipt and handed me the Subway bag. Walked away without saying thank you or have a good day or thanks for visiting Subway. That wasn't a nice experience. IDK if I'll go back to that location. Vegetarian options: Subway has many vegan options, including sandwiches, salads, wraps, and sides. They offer Artisan bread vegan and you can ask for vegan cheese. Parking: Huge parking lot area. Kid-friendliness: Yes, kids menu Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Friendly professional servers. Restaurant very very clean. Chicken wrap was deluxe! Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for children!

Ordered 2 footlongs which were not ready when I got there and they barely put any toppings or mayo. Pretty pathetic sandwiches. I love subway but today was not good. I felt like I was eating bread only. Need to get some new sandwich artist!

Breadcwas fresh, and the store was really clean. Our server was friendly and took her time to make our sandwiches delicious.

Non helping snarky customer service. They didn’t follow instructions to add more and don’t even get more for a $14 sub on app order so why put instructions. GARBAGE paper bags handles rip way too easy. Come subway pick it up. No wonder why yall sold out def not what it used to be!!!!
