I didn 't go in, but my wife did and says Amazing experience at Taco Bell in Brooksville that I have ever had. The worker greeted us at the front door and took our orders and was so incredibly nice. It was nearly an out-of-body experience. My burritos were good!

Taco Bell , has been for long time a good place to go with family, so good meals and deals . It’s one of my favorites . Today , As usual , I was getting my meal deal, Located at Cortez Bld in Spring Hill . Around 12:00pm a young man was doing delivery’s I guess for Grubhub. I saw the whole show he was waiting his orders while others were out , Uber , DoorDash .. the “manager “ was sooo so rude with the person .I guess she was having a real bad day , I had worked before a as costumer service . My dear, the way she treated this person was so embarrassing, I feel so bad for him . I don’t know to whom this may be concern , But please ,if your management don’t do something, at least as a human , try to be the kindest person in the world. ??

I have had many issues in the past with this specific store but tonight was hands down the most dissapointing. I ordered 3 burritos with just beans and i added taco meat to them.. and i somehow got BEANLESS burritos. All 3 of them...

It's a general fast food place but this location is always on it. They always make our food correctly, it's always fresh and they are very friendly. Will drive out of my way to go to this location anytime I get taco bell.
