Ernesto's Mexican - Brookshire

Started going to Ernesto?s in 2015 for the soft taco plate, it?s 2022 and it?s just as good now as it was then. It?s a very small restaurant but don?t let the looks fool you, some of the best Tex Mex cooking you will put in your mouth!

Great food! Cheese enchiladas are amazing!! Located in Brookshire off Katy Freeway

Had two tacos ???? and they where delicious! The portions are awesome and prices is good. This was so random but a quite and sweet little spot. If your in the area come catch a bite.

Looks are deceiving for sure as the food and menu was great. Enchiladas were on point, queso flameado with Mexican sausage was great, fajitas were good. Overall good experience as will try the Mexican Coke next time. Didn?t realize it was beer and wineonly, so no margs, and they were a little short staffed. Fajitas could take a little better seasoning or less cooked, butoverall we were surprised.
