Feedback gevenIt seems you're encouraging customer feedback, but based on my observations, there appears to be some retaliation from management. Unfortunately, nothing has improved since complaints were made a year ago. The staff remains disrespectful, the food quality is still subpar, service is slow, and there’s a clear lack of communication, not to mention a manager who isn't effectively handling these issues. The slushy machine has been broken for weeks—possibly months—and the ice machine for fountain drinks isn't functioning either. To make matters worse, your staff keep coming around to wipe tables with strong-smelling cleaners, which isn’t very pleasant for diners. If the food and service were better, I believe customers would be more inclined to spend money. We were simply trying to enjoy the air conditioning without being in anyone's way. As DQ Rewards holders, we expected better, and this experience is certainly not meriting a positive review. I've also considered escalating this complaint to the corporate office.
Asked for a large coffee shake with extra coffee flavoring and got a large cocoa fudge with extra cocoa fudge flavoring. Called about it and they said they don't have just a coffee shake. Well then tell me that, don't give me something I didn't ask for just because you didn't think I would complain. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

The food is exceptional, and the service is outstanding. The atmosphere is enjoyable, making it a great place to dine!
Not only was I verbally mistreated and falsely accused, but I also suggested wrapping napkins around the food to avoid contamination—something that a 36-year-old manager should have been able to figure out. She did not take the necessary steps to protect the health of the customers. These employees are handling people's food and money, yet they don't exercise proper hygiene. The manager did not find it necessary to implement additional safety measures, leaving customers to eat at their own risk. Code enforcement has offered similar advice, confirming that I was justified in my concerns after all.
Floors are nasty, slippery and dirty. Tables and seats have food all over. Does anyone manage here? Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
