Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Brooksville

When I approached the woman at the cash register, I received a poor reception as she only stared at me without greeting me until I told her why I was there. She then went to consult with another employee and walked away. Unfortunately, my order was completely incorrect. I had ordered 2 dinners with 3 types of meat, but one of the portions looked like it only contained 2 servings because it was so small. I had to order an additional portion, which was dry and came with a tiny cup of sauce. The sides they provided were also wrong, and when I pointed this out, they replaced them with spinach for both sides, even though I had requested corn and macaroni. Furthermore, I was given a Caesar salad with an incredibly small portion size, which was disappointing. They also mistakenly gave me ranch dressing for the Caesar salad. To top it off, I ordered 2 unsweetened teas, but somehow ended up with 1 sweetened and 1 unsweetened. Overall, the experience was not worth the price, and I do not plan on returning.

There was plastic found inside my potato basket at this restaurant. When we tried to call to address the issue, the manager was rude and did not understand why we were upset about having so much plastic in our food. He dismissed our concerns multiple times, which was very disappointing.

I dined with my group of 5 friends and they all enjoyed it, so I returned with my family of 5 and they absolutely loved it. Anthony, who works at the restaurant, is fantastic. He has a knack for understanding people and recommended a dish from the menu that was perfect.

Honestly love the food, but just wish I could get the actual meat i order from this location. Today is the third time they subed pulled pork for the brisket I actually ordered. While I love it all, it still can be frustrating when I am looking forward to something else. ?

Went here for lunch with my crew. They all liked it. Went back with my family and they all liked it. That's 12 people and not one was disappointed !
