Dunkin' - Brooksville

Nothing like closing everything down BEFORE closing time. Pull up to the drive thru board and greeted with..... Just to let you know, we are closing in 5 minutes so we only have iced coffee available . Ummm, that 's a problem ad you should be serving as advertised until actual closing time. And this location is directly off the interstate and they close at 8pm?

Do yourself a favor and go to a different dunkin. We sat at drive thru order board for over 10 minutes waiting to let them know a mobile order had been put in. Then was boxed in over 30 minutes waiting in line with only two cars ahead of us. Food was was not good burnt, drink sat in window and melted. Staff was not friendly.

This place sucks. We live just down the street and still choose to drive 15 mins to the next one. Save your money. I hope it closes.

Very dirty..overpriced..low quality food..coffee tast like water

Terribly understaffed and about zero selection. No bagels. Sold out of most munchkins. Took about 10 minutes to have order taken then another 10 to get a basic iced coffee. The folks actually working there were kind though. Not their fault.
