Kfc - Brooksville

They used to be the best but the last 2 times I?be been there chicken was cold and chicken pot pie was pot pie and no chicken. Was not happy at all. ????

Suzanne is amazing. She was so helpful!!! Normally I come here and the people at the window are so rude. Suzanne is the sweetest and she always makes my experience so much better and I will definitely be coming back because of her.

I waited in line, not enough people working, I could have gone to Outback got two dinners for the price they charged. The chicken was small, tough like had been reheated several times it cost me $33.00. Poor quality pieces of chicken. I will goto Publix next time.

The chicken was good but the prices are too high. They continue to raise their prices. KFC is now unaffordable

They were busy under staffed, but I ordered the thigh and leg ???? option and was given a back ???? wish they 'd educate they 're workers on the difference I specifically asked for a thigh and leg ???? and asked and said please ???? don 't give me a 'back 'cause I got one last Time... And to my displeasure I got a back ???? again . I understand that they are short staffed.. usuallyI 'm not disappointed with this KFC
