I really love our cozy hometown restaurant. The service is friendly now that a few staff members have moved on. Enjoy your meal and the chance to connect with the community!
I really love this restaurant, but during my last 5 or 6 visits, they have repeatedly run out of items or the food just hasn't been fresh. On my most recent visit, I ordered through the app, only to arrive and find they were out of many of the items I chose. This has happened far too often to be just a coincidence. To make matters worse, they told me they couldn't refund my card and could only provide cash back. I cannot recommend this place to anyone!
Next, I went to the restroom, where I found the toilet propped up with shims and water all over the floor. This posed a significant hazard for someone like me, who relies on forearm crutches. Now let’s discuss the service. When I went into the restroom, there were two employees working. I ended up having to sit and drip dry because there was no toilet paper available. When I finished, I hobbled back to the counter only to see that they had just started taking the order from the only other customer in the store. When it was our turn, I ordered my food, and the girl scoffed at how I wanted my tuna prepared—specifically, I requested the oil and vinegar to be mixed into the tuna instead of placed on the bread. My husband ordered a wrap, and they only added two scoops of tuna to it. When he asked for more, they looked at the sign, then back at him, clearly confused, even though it explicitly states that wraps come with double meat. Eventually, one of the girls piled on a large portion and looked to him for approval. Throughout this entire experience, I was left standing and unable to find a comfortable place to sit since all the regular chairs were pushed away from the counter. The high chairs were impossible for me to use. My husband eventually had to go to the back to find a chair because they were taking far too long. When he went to check out and tried to add points to his loyalty card, the employee looked at him as if he had just made a nonsensical request. After clarifying that he wanted to add points, her reaction was still bewildering—yes, it’s not that complicated! Overall, this was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I wouldn't even give it one star if I could.
