Waffle House - Brooksville

This is my local Waffle House, and I've visited over a hundred of them in at least a dozen states. Most are decent, and I appreciate this one quite a bit. There seems to be a lot of staff turnover, but that doesn't seem to bother management. As for the food, it's reliably good—just what you expect from Waffle House.

There's an IHOP down the street from me. I've never been there. They are not open at 3a.m. But Waffle House is open,and ready to make the best breakfast you ever had. The biscuits and gravy were so good, I almost ordered two of them. And the peanut butter chips waffle sealed the deal. There's nothing better.

I hadn't been to Waffle House since 2005, and I was really impressed by the food's taste. I had scrambled eggs with cheese, and they were simply delicious. Some members of our party ordered the All-Star Breakfast, and they loved it. The coffee was excellent too. Our waitress was exceptional, going above and beyond. If you get the chance, definitely stop by. You deserve the business!

The waitress was extremely friendly and prompt. Our food arrived quickly, hot, and delicious. We both ordered the double bacon cheeseburgers topped with tomatoes, lettuce, and onions, along with a generous serving of hash browns. We definitely had our fill by the time we finished eating!

I was in a lot of Waffle House in my life, but this is the best to far. I loved the quality and quantity of food I ate. I visited this facility a few days before Easter and received complementary sweets. the employees expressed every value that makes the wafer house a truly magical place. I can say a hundred percent that this waffle house is by far the largest.
