Taco Bell - Brookville

I've never posted a review before, but I have to say that this Taco Bell was the best I've ever visited. The food was perfectly prepared, served quickly, and everything looked so neat compared to many other Taco Bells I've been to. I'm genuinely giving them a five-star rating because the food was absolutely fantastic!

I'm a truck driver and I usually stop at this TA to refuel and grab some Taco Bell. Unfortunately, I won't be stopping here anymore due to the poor customer service I encountered from one of the ladies working at Taco Bell. I could feel her disdain and witnessed some troubling behavior, especially from the woman preparing the food in the back, who seemed to be a supervisor or manager. Because of this negative experience, I'm choosing to refuel at the Love's at the next exit instead. As an owner-operator, I value better service.

I went for a late-night dinner, and I enjoyed the food – it was delicious! The service was also excellent and attentive.

Very rude, the girl at the checkout openly shows her dissatisfaction, smells of racism

They messed up my order and the manager lady was very rude
