1861 Restaurant Bar - Broome

Unbelievably unusual waitresses. the kitchen must have all brains because eating was good and precise. the server at the bar and casser were amazing, but the waitresses, they always tried to delete unfinished plates and glasses. it was very annoying! they had no warning! I have a paper bag when I asked for a pick-up container. Why can't they just ask.

Very disappointing. Meal was stone cold (defrosted but not heated very much). Had to chase one drink three times. Ambiance was horrid inside as too bright and like a canteen. Food when reheated was ok but expensive for what it was.

Staff are efficient and really friendly. Lots of cocktails to choose from in happy hour Meals are delicious and reasonably priced.

If they have to argue with the cook that baked potato has no gluten, it inspires not to trust. otherwise foodwaa cut. service friendly and helpful.

Sitting outside by the pool on a warm evening was perfect for a cocktail. the caesar salat was fresh, crispy and tasty and my man had the barramundi with great crispy skin. good portion sizes are served by attentive, friendly staff.
