Ganesa Thai - Broomfield

I recently dined at a Thai restaurant up north and was very impressed with the flavors and dishes. My wife and I enjoyed the drunken noodle and pad eggplant, both of which were savory and not overly sweet. Despite a 25-minute wait, the food was worth it. It was clear that there was a talented cook in the kitchen. I will definitely be returning in the future. #patienceisrewarded

This restaurant serves the most authentic Thai food in the area that I have had in quite some time. I have been living in NoCo for a while now, and the best I could say about Thai food in this area was that it was "quite authentic" until I tried this restaurant. The food is fresh, clean, and most importantly, it tastes authentic Thai. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be recommending it to friends who ask me for a good Thai restaurant in the area. It is a family-owned establishment, with the owner/chef cooking every dish herself, as she mentioned during a conversation we had about how good her food is. There may be a long wait or line during peak times, so be sure to allow time and be patient with your order. You will not be disappointed with this restaurant.

Absolutely love this place, the food is excellent and so many vegan options for food and beverages. The wait can be a bit long but the patience’s is worth it. If you don’t have patience to wait for delish fresh food, there’s a Burger King down the street.

I loved her basil fried rice with vegan chicken. I ordered it on level hot with crispy garlic. It was delicious. Her mango smoothie was one of the best I had on the state road. The mangoes were so fresh. Delicious! I also tried the Pad Lake Ew with vegan roasted duck. This court was just fine. I wouldn't order it again, but try another noodle dish. The owner is vegan and beautiful. Your husband is usually in the front and he has a flippant attitude. Just ignore him and focus on eating. They used to be Chang Thai the same place, the same owners, the same food.
