I LOVE this location on Marimonte. The noodles are always cooked perfectly, the dishes have enough sauce, the chicken is grilled perfectly and nothing is overcooked or dry. Beware that when ordering online or the app, especially delivery, it will change the location to Flatirons Noodles and that store (not this one! is terrible!
Honestly, if it wasn’t for Joey I’d call corporate and complain. Howard was so rude and unprofessional but thankfully Joey came in and made it right. The whole point of me driving out there was that Katie mentioned she would give me vouchers that another location told me they would to make up for the horrific experience at the Westminster location but they never sent them and Howard argued with me that he can’t give me the vouchers. He even took my cell number bc I thought he was giving it to Katie to call me to FINALLY fix this) but instead he calls me while I’m standing in front of him at the counter. ?I could also see staff on the side goofing around on their phones vs cleaning the restaurant that needed it.This company has really gone downhill and I won’t be back. I gave them several chances to make it right but multiple locations continue to fail terribly. That’s OK though bc you can make better food yourself vs. paying for this. It’s not worth it.
Ordered a Caesar salad. Did not come with dressing. When I called to see what can be done they don't answer the phone. I've been a loyal Noodles customer for years, but won't be back to this location. I'm wondering if it's because I don't tip on take out orders. I'd certainly like to know if tipping is required for good service and if the employees get paid enough to perform their jobs without tips for people that aren't using the location to eat.
Every time I come to this Noodles and Company they get my order wrong. I have to wait 20 minutes to get my food every time I come here, and today the register refused to give me a water cup that I can put a lid on for my TO GO ORDER. When I asked the register nicely for a cup I could put a lid on, she denied it to me again. For a fast casual restaurant, it isn’t very fast…
