The Enchanted Oven - Broomfield

Stopped by here for a Sunday afternoon dessert after receiving a recommendation from a local as they know I enjoy Japanese bakeries. It was 30 minutes to closing, but staff was friendly and didn't try to rush us.Most items were sold, but there were still a few items left. Ordered the red bean bun, curry bread (kare pan), and a strawberry cake. Having spent many years in Japan, these were very authentic. Bun and bread were both very light and fluffy. Cake was made the traditional way and not as sweet as American cakes.I wish I came earlier when there were more items, so I'll just have to make a return trip next time I'm in the area.

Stopped by here on our road trip to get breakfast and was excited by the name of this bakery. It truly is an enchanted oven. Wonderful customer service and yummmy breakfast sandwich- we had the egg and sausage croissant and the mozzarella and tomato croissant sandwich, both tasted like enchantments with flaky and savory flavors. Was also very impressed with the beef curry bun. If I lived close to this place I would definitely be visiting more often!

We got three different flavors of mochi donut, each one tasted the same and was extremely greasy. They tasted like they were fried in dirty fast food oil. We have had many mochi donuts and I don’t think these can even be considered a mochi donut. We will not be returning.

As I was leaving work, I wondered how this bakery got so many reviews and such high ratings. Then I walked into the bakery and found out why. Delicious fresh bread cakes, warm and lovely staff busy making bread like a family. I waited a while to swipe my card because of the internet and was surprised to be presented with a very lovely pastry. Frankly, I've only been in Colorado for 10 days, but this store has already warmed my heart twice. I hope everyone who reads this review or walks into this bakery feels as happy and joyful as I did while eating the strawberry cake. You guys have made my day!

So thrilled with the experience! We asked the Enchanted Oven to create 1200+ branded customized cookies for an employee event and they delivered beyond our expectations. Price was reasonable, quick turnaround, design was executed incredibly well and the cookies were delicious!! We will be using the Enhanted Oven again!!
