The service at this restaurant was terrible. We had made a reservation for a table more than an hour before the movie, but when we arrived, the restaurant was empty and there was no one to greet us. We decided to sit at a table ourselves, and it took over 20 minutes for a server to come and take our order. Our food took more than 30 minutes to arrive, leaving us scrambling to finish our meal in just 10 minutes before our movie started. The manager showed no remorse for the poor experience.

The food was below average, not worth the price. It was very disappointing. However, the atmosphere at the cinema was great!

I thought by booking a table (for the first time in my case) that I could see the film I had chosen. And to my surprise, NO. He wasn't available at the VIP. I find that the website has misinformed me and I will never return. You lost customers.
