Estiatorio Skara - Brossard

I absolutely loved my first experience at this restaurant. The staff was attentive and it may have been because there weren't many people dining at the time.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with great service and friendly staff. The Skara chicken was delicious, and the chicken combo dish was also excellent.

Food - Every dish at this restaurant was exceptional. Each dish was delicious and left me wanting more. Despite being short-staffed, the food was served hot and fresh.

My dad chose Skara for a birthday outing with my siblings and I, and we are thrilled to finally go. The service was impeccable- the oysters (we chose to go on a Tuesday, oyster night with great specials) were fresh and tasted like the ocean. The shrimp appetizer had massive shrimps, cooked to perfection. The Greek seafood paella was delicious, the feta cheese was creamy, salty and briny. Everything was perfect. I've been looking forward to going back since we left.
