Impérial (brossard)

The restaurant is brand new and very clean. It's not your typical dim sum spot, as you order using your own QR code through a link, and the food is brought to your table. Unlike traditional places, you won’t see servers pushing carts filled with food. The food arrives at your table incredibly quickly after you place your order. Overall, the quality of the food is good, and the portion sizes are just right.

Impérial truly offers the best dim sum in town. This photo was taken when the restaurant was still closed, but I've been back many times since then. It's a great experience because you can order through your phone, ensuring the food arrives hot and fresh. Every dish I tried was fantastic, but I especially loved the BBQ pork buns and the har gow!

I visited this dim sum restaurant today and I’m already eager to return to sample more of their dishes! The food was not only delicious but also served quickly, steaming hot, and beautifully presented. The textures were perfect. I didn’t take many photos because I was too excited to dig in, and I hadn’t planned on writing a review, but this place truly exceeded my expectations. I believe more people should know about it! I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

So happy Imperial opened in Brossard. Yesterday was the first weekend and although there was a long listing, they had 2 benches to wait inside and it was quite fast. I love the dim sum here, I feel like it's less salty and tasty comparison with other dim sum. Very nice decor too!

Great dim sum place. Typical Asian dim sum with erratic service and general pandemonium but the food is as authentic as it gets. Decor is grand, good enough to bring your non-asian friends who get squeamish about going to your typical mom and pop restos. When ordering using the app remember it all comes at once so order strategically.
