Les Glaceurs - Brossard

I absolutely love these cupcakes! I make sure to visit the shop in Old Port whenever possible. They have a wide variety of delicious flavors and the service is always fantastic. Plus, they provide a convenient carrying handle for your cupcakes if you need to take them home.

I ordered a Birthday Cake and it was beautifully made and absolutely delicious. It was designed exactly as I requested. The service was excellent and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this place! It's perfect for surprising your loved ones.

Nessrine at Les Glaceurs on St-Sulpice is truly amazing! She is always extremely helpful and never fails to accommodate last minute orders, no matter the situation. She is a rare find in customer service. Thank you, Nessrine!

Cupcakes look very nice. we tested the red velvet and choco cream. they are much too sweet! less sugar would make them more tasty and healthy.

The dame behind the counter was incredibly rude. we were asked to order from a star and no words. we ordered two cupcakes and a cappuccino for which we were charged about $24. she went very slowly to the coffee. while we wait, we thought it seemed a bit expensive, so when we added the boards about $13 tax for what we had ordered. we brought this with her and she (again very slowly without talking or apology) said she could repay us with $9 cash, even though we had paid from card. we said that was good and with our order. she never even greeted us, apologised for her mistake or was polite in some way. Moreover, the cupcakes were at best mediocre, of which one tasted as if it had been made at least one whole day before.
