Mcdonald's - Brossard

I ordered a cheeseburger with extra onions, extra ketchup and mustard, and extra pickles. When it arrived, there were no extras at all! I shrugged it off, but the next time I went, I ordered the same thing, this time just asking for extra pickles. Again, they didn't add the extras! What’s the point of allowing customers to customize their burgers if they don’t follow through? Next time, I guess I’ll have to check my burger before leaving the restaurant.

The service was incredibly quick, but everything else was just average, similar to what you'd find at any other restaurant.

It's 7 AM, and my breakfast is as hard as a rock. Is it really that difficult to serve food that's actually edible?

I drive for Uber Eats and this is the worst McD’s of all I’ve ever been to. Always short staffed, it’s a drive-through but you will always have to wait. If I was the franchise owner I’d be ashamed of this place.

Food was ready in under 10 min (family of 4, breakfast). The dining area had to be one of the cleanest I have been in. Overall great experience.
