Rotisserie St Hubert Brossard

Dining at this classic Saint Hubert location offers good value for money. The service was excellent and very friendly. I deducted one star because it's unfortunate that the standard fries are of such low quality (comparable to McDonald's) when the sweet potato fries are quite good.

The coffee had very little flavor and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. The service was also disappointing; the waitress made mistakes on the bill, spilled soup without cleaning it up, and overall provided very poor service.

Recently, five of my family members dined at St. Hubert BBQ on Taschereau. Unfortunately, our experience was not great. The waitress seemed quite indifferent; she rarely smiled and hardly checked on us throughout the meal. We were seated in the back of the restaurant at a round booth, but I forgot to take note of her name from the bill. She didn’t speak English and had long brown hair and glasses. My daughter ordered a chicken breast meal, but when it arrived, the chicken was tough and nearly impossible to cut—a complete disappointment. When she asked to return it, she was informed that it would take too long to prepare a new dish. What kind of service is that? Instead, she was offered a pre-made chicken breast meal with fries, which she reluctantly accepted. My sister ordered sweet potato fries but didn’t receive any sriracha mayo sauce with her dish. When she inquired about it, she was told they were out—whether that means they stopped serving it or simply didn’t have any that night, we’re not sure. It would be great if the waitstaff could display a little more friendliness and improve their service. After all, without customers, there would be no jobs. My family left feeling quite dissatisfied with the experience.

I love to surprise my family with a dinner from this restaurant. The driver last time was so kind. He took a picture of them receiving the package because we lived so far away and their phone did not work. Thank you for your great service, SHB! Merci beaucoup!
