A friend of mine and I recently had lunch at the Rouge Bistro-Grill at the 10/30 in Brossard, Quebec. Reservations had been made in advance and so we were comfortably seated in a four-person booth. I ordered some Pelligrino (which some restaurants don’t stock anymore) and were both ordered from the luncheon menu. We both had the Imperial rolls and my friend had the General Tao chicken and I had the Peanut Chicken. The service was excellent and our waiter immediately switched to English when he realized that was our preference. The food was good although I couldn’t rate it as being unique or especially tasty. The interior of the restaurant was pleasant and well decorated. I would return to this restaurant and try its a la carte menu, which has a wider selection of menu options.
