Arrived at 9:10 p.m. and the employee informed me that it was closed, although it clearly says open until 10 p.m.

Food is okay; what you expect from a Subway. The staff is not courteous, professional and every other time, this restaurant does not respect its opening hours.

Hard to tell from the low resolution pictures attached to my post, but the windows were so dirty they were an actual health hazard. You can see the greenish white residue in the pictures (which is mold)!
