I ordered on their site a pick-up order (One i’ve done MANY TIMES) to be called 20 minutes after and tell me they can’t do a dragon eye without salmon?!? I’ve always asked without it and its never been an issue. I even had PROOF of old order receipts that they’ve done it and they refuse to do it. I ask for a reimbursement they tell me they can’t and that the owner will be in contact with me. So now I have no food and missing 40$!! I asked for the owners email or name at least to make SURE I received my money back and they refuse to give me that info as well! The people working were speaking in their language and laughing at me! Very rude, I was a regular customer ordering almost twice a week there, and I never will again after this experience!
The service was rude, very bad attitude from the guy at the cashier. Didn't feel welcome, at all. The place was not clean, the tables were dirty.
Worst sushi shop ever! The service is rude and the sushi is so unfresh! Too bad for such a successful franchise to put their brand in the hands of aweful staff and quality.
After finishing my meal, I still decided to use the restroom to wash my hands and attempted to flush the toilet. To my surprise, everything functioned perfectly—the sink, faucet, and toilet worked just fine. I find this treatment completely disrespectful, not just to myself but to all customers. It's unacceptable to deny restroom access to paying patrons. If someone hasn't made a purchase, that could be understandable, but this was not the case for me. The cashier consistently refused bathroom access to all customers, even those who ordered after me. Please be assured that I will be filing a complaint with my city, as it is against local regulations to deny restroom access to customers. If this employee is uncomfortable working with the public, perhaps she should consider a different line of work. This will be my last visit to this location.
I had the most disappointing and bland poke bowl I've ever experienced. The quality of the food was atrocious, and I truly believe the salmon served was actually trout. It was unpleasant, especially considering the price—it’s absolutely outrageous. There was no seasoning whatsoever; the condiments were hidden beneath the rice and lettuce, so it was impossible to see how little was actually added. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. To make matters worse, the staff member was incredibly rude and had the audacity to expect a tip for such poor service and food. I suspect false advertising regarding the salmon, and I plan to report this. Overall, it was a thoroughly disgusting experience.
