Tim Hortons - Brossard

During dinner, there was no soup available, which the restaurant should be better prepared for, particularly on chilly winter days. Additionally, having bilingual staff would be a nice enhancement.

Make sure to double-check your order before leaving. Honestly, it’s probably wise to avoid this Tim Hortons during busy hours. The level of incompetence is truly surprising. We ordered five steak Tim Matins, and it took 15 minutes just to place our order. When we finally received our food, we got five Tim Matins with no meat and English muffins that weren’t toasted. I'm really disappointed with the service today, especially considering it was a Friday at noon.

I am currently at this Tim Hortons and purchased a chocolate croissant that is extremely dry, almost hard as a rock, and completely inedible. When I brought this to the staff's attention, he was quite rude and even rolled his eyes at me.

As usual, the pastries and sandwiches are exceptional. The establishment is neat and well-kept, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

This Tim Hortons used to be decent, but during my last four visits, there has been no donuts available. To make things worse, an employee even told me this was "normal" today. There are plenty of staff on hand, yet all I could find was black coffee and a few empty shelves!
