An employee left immediately that day, I take my hat off to him for standing up to his own supervisor. This supervisor should learn to work as a team instead of spending time on his cell and watching his employee work....and this from a client who went there every day and since Sylvia left I simply couldn't.

Horrible service. Rude and uninterested staff. A worker my mom often sees (and very much so dislikes) served me today. I went inside and he was taking a mans order, he paid and moved to the side, I moved up and he had already taken his phone out and started texting. He made me wait at least 15 seconds and he slowly put his phone in his front pocket and looked up with a straight face waiting for me to tell him what I would like. No greeting or smile NOTHING. Ps the coffee also has a weird taste as if the machines haven’t been cleaned in a HOT minute.
