Wendy's - Brossard

Although the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, the service was incredibly slow. It seemed like they prioritized drive-thru orders, as I waited for about 25 minutes at the front while cars zipped through the drive-thru. When I finally received my food, it was very good and hot, so no complaints there. However, the dining area left much to be desired, as every table was dirty. I would have rated this place higher if the staff had shown any sense of urgency; instead, they just walked around quietly and ignored customers at the front. Having worked at Wendy's before, I know we would have been in trouble if anyone had to wait 10 minutes without being acknowledged.

The breakfast sandwich was quite small, and unfortunately, it was cold in the middle. However, I really enjoyed the potato wedges; they were crispy, well-seasoned, and served piping hot right out of the fryer. The coffee was also excellent, coming to us fresh and hot. The only letdown was the sandwich itself, which seemed like it was just heated in the microwave rather than freshly made in-house.

This Wendy's offers quick meals, and it's a standout location. The customer service is very friendly, and the food is always fresh and hot. The traditional lemonade is made with real lemons and tastes fantastic!

Had a great experience at this Wendy's location! The service was impeccable!! The cashier took his time to make sure he missed nothing in our order. The staff was friendly and the restaurant glittered clean. A quiet place to meet customers. I would definitely recommend this Wendys site.

Service wasn't the fastest, but the cashier was nice and the food was good. The restaurant itself is also a bit small and can get kind of crowded. I recommend trying the frosty-chino, it's really good.
