Parish Brewing Co. Taproom - Broussard

Good beer, but bartenders pretend I'm not here for 10+ minutes each visit. Not even a hello in a relatively empty time while I'm waiting. I've had bartender not fill my glass full or with too much foam.TLDR; decent/good local beer, awful service.

This is the one of the best breweries in Louisiana. The beers are delicious, especially the IPAs. The tap room has awesome art and the beer tenders are always super friendly. Their merch game is on point too. When the weather is nice the patio is a great place to enjoy a few beers too. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

This place brews my favorite beer, Ghost in the Machine. So, I stopped by for my first visit and a beer.

Never been to the brewery but they make the 3 best beers. Ghost in the machine, vermillionaire, and Dr. juice. Would love to go and try some seasonal stuff they have at the brewery. Shoulda put 4 beers…. Envie is really good too

You will want to get the flights as there are so many great beers. My husband loved the Vermillionaire out of all the IPAs and I loved the Pinot Noir Grape and Black Currant Berliner Weiss with the Strwberry Mochi a close second, but everything was delicious.
