We decided to visit this restaurant assuming that casinos typically offer good food to keep customers satisfied. However, I was surprised to find that it was a small corner establishment that resembled more of a cafe than a restaurant. You order at the counter and then someone brings your food to you. The service and atmosphere were okay, nothing outstanding. The portions were generous, but the quality of the food was just average. My husband ordered the New York strip steak for an unbeatable price of $17. Although it was warm, it was slightly overcooked and only seasoned with salt and pepper. I opted for the Indian Taco, which was mediocre and only lukewarm. The strawberry shortcake we ordered turned out to be disappointingly large in size, but it was mostly just whipped cream. Overall, it was an inexpensive meal with large portions, but it wasn't enough to make me want to return.
After a long day, we reluctantly settled on this restaurant as our last option since all our preferred choices were closed. Located in the center of a casino, the food we ordered lacked flavor. My French dip, while tender, was lacking in flavor due to the bland AU jus. My mom's Philly cheesesteak was overly spicy with jalapeños, prompting us to swap halfway through. The fries and chicken tenders tasted like they came straight off a Sisco truck. We had to explain to my 9-year-old grandson why he couldn't play on the video machines. Despite the mediocre food, we received good service from our Native American waitress, LaRaye. The atmosphere was noisy with the sounds of gambling machines and TVs showing poker games. It was disheartening to see young kids in the cafe area sipping on sodas and glued to their phones while their parents gambled nearby.
The only open restaurant in Browning after a long day at Glacier National Park. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly, but the food was average and the atmosphere was lacking. While I understand that options are limited, I hope that there are more choices available next time I visit the area.
Was in town with my mother for my cousin's funeral, and staying at the Glacier Peaks Hotel, which is connected to the casino also the aforementioned restaurant. Hungry, after a long train ride, we immediately went to said restaurant ordered the following: Mom had some delectable creamy tomato soup with saltine crackers hot tea, whereas I had a huge delicious Indian Taco with everything on it a small dr. pepper (lol which turned out to be HUGE . Satiated impressed with the delicious food thus far, we decided to order dessert, which did not disappoint Mom had mouthwatering homemade huckleberry bread pudding, whereas I had a truly succulent chocolate lava cake with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. OMGosh, can't say enough about the food service; without asking the server whisked our plates away as soon as we were done brought us out fresh plates of food. Also, it turns out the friendly Manager is my cousin's cousin and was on a food t.v. show a few years ago because he's a professional Chef and presented his award winning food! :
