The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and the waitress was friendly and entertaining. However, the chef took an excessive amount of time to prepare our meals. Even though there were only six to eight customers before us, it took almost an hour for our group of six to receive our three club sandwiches and three breakfast dishes. We were forewarned about the slow service, but the wait was unreasonable. The food was decent and priced well. While the pizza looked appetizing, we decided not to order it.
Since 1981, a hidden gem in a small village like Pine Hill, having not one but two restaurants is truly impressive! This establishment has a classic Québécois charm with wooden accents and neon lights for ambiance. The food is excellent, the coffee is top-notch, and the atmosphere is quirky in all the right ways. It feels like something out of a David Lynch film. Be sure to try the delicious "Täter and speck" for a perfect meal break. The best is definitely served here!
Best pizza in the region. my wife and I think almost every weekend for a special tasty bite on the way from montreal to our house. we also had a series of tasty soups: heap, chicken noodles, tomato plant. all are delicious, fresh. Ingredients- real homemade. worth visiting.
Not all those who wander are lost! I have always loved the 327 for its twists and turns, it's lakes and streams. Now I'm in the habit of stopping for Pizza while I'm riding this Laurentian mountain road. Do yourself a favour and drive/ride up...the 327 (you can go all the way to Tremblant). On your way back stop for a break before returning to the city and have a pizza.
