Dunkin Donuts - Brownsburg

Came thru to get a large Iced Pumkin Sipce latte the signature qith whipped Cream. Lady took my order and was very friendly. Get to the window, the guy hands me something completely different and was very, very rude. I explained what I ordered and stated wedone have pumpkin spice to put on there it 's Carmel, and I said normally they have a spice on there. He said, "Do you want theorder or not. I explained that I would like what I ordered and that he came back with something totally different. I will not begoing back here. This guy needs to be fired or go to a customer training class on how to treat customers.

Listen, I Love Dunkin. But it 's like how someone loves gambling. Sometimes you win big and other times it 's a waste of time and money. The consistency is non-existent. Just take a look at my archive of avocado toasts! Now, did I enjoy them all? Absolutely,but some more than others. My Iced cappuccinos are sometimes blended, sometimes not. It 's about a 50/50 chance it 'll be blendedlike it 's supposed to be, and I sure feel like I 've won the lottery when it is. Not to mention light ice to Dunkin could rangefrom no ice at all to completely packed to the brim with ice. Maybe this is their secret. If you love Dunkin, you don 't justlove the food, you love the gamble.

Was told on 2 separate occasions by 2 different employees I could order a giant donut for my daughter's birthday. Went to pick it up and nothing. Employees were rude and didn't get her giant donut

I've had very few negative experiences. I am there 3-5 times a week. Usually friendly, fairly quick, depends on how busy of course, and the product is more than acceptable. I like their iced tea much better than Starbucks. Prices are okay, but notgreat. You won't break the bank like at Starbucks.
