Mcdonald's - Brownsburg

Been in the drive thru twice. Only to wait over 5 minutes and never have an order taken. Inside takes at least 15 minutes to get a simple order.

ALL 3 customer service people I just had interactions with had MAJOR attitude- impatient, sarcastic, ****-poor.And they didn 't give me my BUTTER!, EVEN THOUGH I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE RUDE, IMPATIENT MANAGER TAKING THE ORDER!!

I went through drive thru on my way home and made sure I put in my order correctly and double checked with the guy taking the order that it was no pickle and no onion on my child’s sandwich. And add tomato on my McChicken. Both were incorrect! I paid extra for mine and my daughter is allergic to pickles so she couldn’t even eat her sandwich. It’s really not that hard!

Picked up some dinner for my grandkids. Used the app to snag some deals!
