Feedback gevenDon't go. the hostess pretended we'd disturb her phone call. we were not allowed to go in. the children are old enough to read and question why not, as it said on the sign outside, we could. 2 other customers went because they were ignored. Shake machine was down and when we asked where our drinks were directed at her and said over there. it was self-serving and I guess we should be more attentive. she was an rude woman who didn't want to be there. Hopefully she can find a job she likes one day. we have to pray for them.
Similar experience to the other reviewers. Sat in the drive thru for 20minutes with no one even responding to me. Pulled around and saw at least 3 employees talking and seemingly not working. It's apparent the management here is very poor, I'd suggest the owner to take a close look at how their staff treats customers... if they care about making money that is
Waited 20 mins in drive thru with 2 cars ahead of us at the speaker, one ahead of that. When not a single car moved the entire time, we opted to leave, only to drive around the building and see staff laughing and seemingly goofing off behind the register. This franchisee clearly needs to be more present in their business, and if I were corporate, I'd take a real close look at how this location is running your brand into the ground.
Food was barely warm, didn't get what we ordered. Literally sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before they took our order. Sat in line behind 1 car for another 10 minutes. Not impressed at all, won't be returning.
Waited 30 minutes to get order taken. no chili Mac only hamburgers. no staff etc....placing a sign that the menu is limited due to staffing would be the respectful thing to do for customers. stop letting customers wait to find out no food that you all specialize. this place has been under staffed for too long. they need to pay more and get the place back up to par or shut it down. WTH
