Bigo's Grill - Brownsville

I had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the wait staff were exceptional. I've visited several times, and they’ve consistently delivered a great experience. It's a perfect spot for a business dinner or a night out with family and friends. I will definitely be a lifelong customer!

Fajitas were excellent. Seasoning was perfect. Fajitas were soft and really flavorful. Staff is nice. Bigo's offers restaurant taste and flavor. It seems to have a full bar also. If you are looking for something different and are on a timeschedule, you could probably stop here. No delays with dishes.

Avoid this place if you're going with a large group. The chip portions are insufficient. Despite having separate tabs, they serve chips based on their own discretion rather than according to the number of tabs open. If you want more chips, be prepared to pay for them. Management and servers have mentioned that there have been numerous arguments about this issue with other customers in the past. The food is decent, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. If you need a drink refill, don't finish your drink too quickly, as you won't get a refill right away. They also do not offer refills on lemonade. To make matters worse, they automatically add a gratuity as if you were receiving five-star service. Overall, not worth your time or money!

I absolutely love the Parilladas, Queso Flameado, and the salsas. The lemonade was fantastic too!

It's alright, the thing is prices are Meh! It's like every yr they cut the fajita smaller and smaller and that being said it loses the flavor to the taste of Fajita. Real cooks know what I'm talking abt. And I'm assuming what next yr it will be likeground beef? Lol the service is good with the staff they have. But as fsr as the food goes its good but being more and moreshysty as cutting smaller makes it look like alot and it isn't.
