Chick-fil-a - Brownsville

You always seem to get my order wrong. Every time they misunderstood it. I gave them enough benefits for the doubt that it was a unique experience... but every time it's wrong.

Used the ride thru, as always service was great, fast, friendly. Food was fresh and delicious food: 5/5

5 stars for the worker named Enrique!!! He was the nicest, friendly and best employee I met here. He was an older man, and all I want to say is an increase!! He was great and I wish I could give him a tip.

This location sucks!!! I am on my 30 minute lunch break and aside from taking very long for a curbside order they forgot the buffalo sauce and my fries were cold and tasteless!! When I called to complain all they could say was come back so we can fix it!! Like I had time to spare! And this is not the first time they forget to add the condiments.
