Burnt chips, at 12:00 PM they were out of bottled water. The food tasted great, except the burnt chips but customer service needs to improve. I will try other restaurants since service and food quality at the Pollo Loco on Boca Chica has declined.

First time my kiddos tried this place and they absolutely loved it, glad I brought them everything was on point, only downfall is they did not have that little salsa island in the middle like they used to do one can pick their own stuff as needed. Flavor as good as I remember that?s what matters!
