Geko's Trattoria Italiana - Brownsville

Hands down from the best Italians I've ever had. The cook and his son both grew up and lived in Italy for most of their lives and their passion for food is clearly in the restaurant menu. The restaurant is designed in a kind of family dinner layout at any table and sharing is encouraged. Upbeat music and vibe as well as servers ready to answer any question I had really added to all the experience. I recommend pizza and tiramisu every visit, you will not regret it!

I love this restaurant! I always got a great service and the food is fantastic. The atmosphere created by decorations and layout gives great aesthetic pleasure. A great place to take a date or family!

Good Authentic Italian Food, good enough to make a table full of Italians want to come back! The food is all authentic traditional Italian. The flavors that burst from these dishes are a welcome change from the Amercianized Italian chains that you run into just down. The service was on site. She was a friendly, informative and beautiful company. The view from the deck is one to enjoy during sunset! And the chef is a true Italian, through and through. With a product we are surprised not to see this restaurant marketed throughout the valley. With such a rare menu we were confiscated that we had not heard of it. Surely you see it from the highway as you pass, but if it wasn't for the fact that we wanted to dinate from the pond view of our old location we visited, we would never have thought to stop by. The truth is, we are happy that we stumbled over this place. The hospitality of a local restoration is hard to beat and we hope to see Geko who are holding around for the coming years,

This place is ridiculously good! I took the Carbonara, the Brisket filled Ravioli and the Arrachera alla griglia. I'll be back soon!
