Normally im very happy with the food. However not this time with burnt food.

I recently visited Jason's deli after a long time of not going since it is quite expensive it is more like a treat for the month. I unfortunately was served by a young lady named Allison who was not wearing gloves while dealing with my food. I hope this can get resolved soon since I enjoy coming here. I usually don't mind when food is handled with washed hands but she had previously touched the cash register then went on to handle food which is not soemthing I can tolerate.

Purchased coffee and it was COLD coffee...notified attendee at coffee station and cashiers and took forever to make fresh coffee.
